Clear Pending Orders

How do I clear pending orders for accounts that no longer exist?

 

While I was testing my setup, I created new users and new orders.

Then I deleted the users without activating the order.

When I deleted the users, the orders and the users went away, but it the pending-orders-counter remained.

 

Now I don't know how to clear the pending orders.
