Cnote
I'm up live now (after importing over 300 MB clients) hehe. Just had my first order through the new whmcs system and the first snag I ran into was the phone number format. the client entered 555.555.5555 (using dots between numbers) Enom accepted it but Plesk didn't. So I had to edit the phone number (deleted the dots) and ran the package manually. How can whmcs be set up to only accept a specific format? In MB it woudn't let the customer go any further until they had the phone format correct. Thanks
Dancy
As far as i understand, new WHMCS 4.0 will support this. >>Ability to set a regular expression validation rule for custom fields Maybe it could be also done for standart fields
gruvin
We have similar issues. I think it's time WHMCS allowed end-user admins to program their own phone number formats and/or conversions for various integration modules. I mean, it's not as if these sorts of problems haven't been around since the dawn of computing, is it? Did the WHMCS programmers really think they could avoid this issue? Looking forward to more flexibility/sanity on this issue some time soon.
