Configure PayPal to accept credit cards

Hi, i just installed WHMCS, got it integrated with my website, configured all the stuff, and i started doing some tests, and i found out that on my PayPal Checkout and subscription pages i don't have the Credit Card sections like everybody has, i only have the one with the log in to PayPal and the Create a PayPal account now, i don't undestand what is the problem, is there anything that must be configured in PayPal or in WHMCS ?

I have a Verified Premier account since 2007, currency is Euro, everything seems fine, but i don't know how to show the "Pay with credit card" section in addition to the "Pay with PayPal" wich is shown by default.

I have also created a custom Payment Page wich has my company logo.

Any ideeas ?

PayPal subscriptions require a paypal account you can't just use a Credit Card without at least signing up for a Paypal account so users are not given the option to pay with just a CC.

For Normal PayPal one-off payments the user sees a different screen depending on if PayPal has already saved a cookie in their browser the last time they used paypal.

If PayPal finds the cookie then it will show the paypal login more prominently with just an small link that asks if you want to pay with a credit card. If PayPal don't find the cookie then they show a full credit card payment page as well as the paypal login on the right.

I have cleared my browser's cache, cookies, history, etc and tried again, but no luck, I still get that page with create a PayPal account on the left, and PayPal login form on the right.

Then I asked a friend of mine wich has no PayPal account or visited their website before to do a test, and he also got that page.
