Shaun
Has anyone came accross an online video support. Kinda like kayako but allows video chat if the client has a webcam. The option to record the audio/video feed would be an awesome plus.
scurrell
Jeez! It's bad enough dealing with clients at the best of times, but having to look at them as well?
alfalogic
In some cases this can be useful I think. I also tried to look for such service/software recently.
Shaun
Its not for a hosting client. Its for one of my clients to use in a new "thing" this "thing" requires face to face interaction where they can see their customer.

Shaun
Would Skype work? yes he is using that atm. But i was hoping for something a little more integrated into the website. Like the ablity to record the "stream" so the client could then view it later would be awesome. Im just planning the best way to attack it.

ChrisGooding
We use livezilla for online chat, and I'm pretty sure that it has video support...... Its a free app too, which normally a downside isnt in this case as it does everything we need it to do rather well. Not used the video function though, so can't give feedback on that aspect
