bubbasheeko Posted March 24, 2009 Share Posted March 24, 2009 I am seeing a couple of tickets that are being created by spammers. Sometime the ticket will come through and show on the open/active ticket list. I have come across two so far that do not show up on the active/open ticket. However, they are unread and are showing as open tickets on the left panel (admin panel). It is not showing up in my support tickets...but it is sitting in my database and showing unread by the admin. Kind of a pain in the butt to go into the database to manually remove a message that is not appearing in my support ticket list. Also I have noticed a discrepancy...On my admin page it says: Support Tickets Open 1 On my support tickets page on the left it says: Filter Tickets Awaiting Reply (0) My Flagged Tickets (0) All Active Tickets ( Open Tickets (0) Answered Tickets ( Customer-Reply Tickets (0) On Hold (0) In Progress (0) Closed Tickets (83) Why does one page say there is one open ticket, and not the other?
