Paypal not being applied to invoices.

Hi all.

 

Since we moved our 3.8.2 installation to a new server last week, Paypal payments are no longer being applied to invoices. We are having to apply the payments manually to the invoice.

 

Any ideas where to look?

 

The Paypal account itself is functioning OK, as it's still working for our other clients still in Helm.
