beboo Posted March 24, 2009 Share Posted March 24, 2009 Hello, Having a bit of trouble setting up the support ticket section. We created two departments to start with (Tech Support and Billing). When we go to open a new ticket as a customer (not logged in as them, through the Admin section), the departments don't appear. If I choose to login as client and submit a ticket that way, it appears in that drop-down. See below. Any ideas?
