New template bombs in IE7 with SSL access but OK in FF

Got something thats got me pulling my hair out. Trying to bring up a new template and its working fine in IE6 or IE7 until I go to anything that requires going into SSL mode like login or leaving a support request without logging in. Whats wierd it that with Firefox it works ok (other then a cosmetic issue) but I don't get the error thats shutting me down.

Here is the url. Works fine in knowledgbase or other standard stuff, but once it switches to SSL https: it give me an error and won't tell me what the problem is.

In FF, I can get into https mode without an issue. If I take WHMCS out of the equation and just take the contents of my header.tpl and my footer.tpl that has to do with including the new template into a separate document, I can view it and go into https: mode without the error, so I'm really confused. Here it that result:

Any experts out there have any idea of what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks!

Finally found it. I had an explicit reference to a graphic that I overlooked. But whats wierd is I have had that happen before and it always let me at least see the problem by hitting no at the problem prompt, but it this case it was just crashing IE7 & IE6 and FF was unaffected. Very wierd.

Thanks for your time!
