promotec
While setting up WHMCS in the manage servers section it asks for Cpanel login password etc maybe silly question but should it be access to Cpanel or WHM I entered in WHM details, and entered the root login and password, but not sure that this is correct, the hosting site and whmcs system is under the domain global-website-hosting.com should I have entered the cpanel login and password for that domain. two problems Im having are with a newly created domain the password doesnt work to access that domains Cpanel and the emails arent going out ( welcome email ) I have it set to php mail rather than stmp as in a previous email I used stmp and had to change it to php mail, still not sure the mail was going out. changed to a dedicated server since then. Thanks for any assistance Regards Chris
bedot
When adding a server, the username and password your entering are your WHM root user account. This account needs full root access so you should be able to create account, terminate accounts etc.. Have you tried with your SMTP settings?
