Couple of questions

Hi All

 

I've just started a trial version of WHMCS and absolutely loving it, fantastic piece of kit.

 

1.

I notice there is an offer of a free resellers account with Enom. Is this only available through a license purchased directly from WHMCS or would I get this offer if purchased a license from a reseller?

 

2.

I have set up the PayPal payment gateway, hidden the subscribe button after completing the order it invoices and they click the pay now button.

On a monthly plan will this money be taken straight away from customers card or will the customer need to click another pay now button?

 

3.

Is there a way to test a transaction with paypal with out charging my own credit card?

Hi Mark,

 

1. This is a benefit we provide to clients who signup directly with us only.

2. If you aren't letting users use PayPal Subscriptions then that leaves only one time payments so they'll need to login and pay each invoice

3. No, there is not.

I would be best to change the the button options around then, and have the subscribe button showing and the paynow button disabled.

 

If the offer is with you guys then I might as well get my license from yourselves

PayPal Subscriptions is what I use. I have had no problems. Each month payment comes out.

I'm looking to purchase the full version now, do I just place an order for a new license or is there a way to upgrade the trial one?
