bedot
Personally id pay for the Professional Installation $24.99 One Time by Matt, cause "everything" is pretty broad as well as "setup the right way" - depends what your trying to achieve. Basically any products you create under Products / Services Ensure under the Auto setup tab -> Do not automatically setup this account is selected... This will stop accounts being automatically created...
kevinliles
I'm sorry if I didn't say it the correct way but I would like for the auto setup to work and when I have the automatically setup the account feature selected nothing is being setup.
bedot
Are you running CPanel?... If so under package quota tab ensure that the Package Name is named the same as your CPanel page, with the same properties... ie databases, email accounts etc.. i normally just put 99 in everything ours is an unlimited service.
adakist
Do those values even play any role if the package name is entered? From my experience with other billing systems, you can either fill in all the fields without a package name (if enabled in your WHM), or you can simply enter the package name and all of the values will be inherited from there during account creation by cPanel.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted December 31, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted December 31, 2006 Do those values even play any role if the package name is entered? Yes, that's correct. If you enter a package name that exists in WHM, you don't need to enter the individual values. If you enter a package name that doesn't exist in WHM, you will need to enter the values. In addition to that, if you use a reseller account, you always have to enter the Package Name as you often aren't allowed to create accounts without one. If you use root access, there's no need to even set your packages up in WHM for the creation to work. Matt

MACscr
double check that the package name cases are the same. Also, go to your server list and click on the whm login to confirm that it has the correct login info.

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted December 31, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted December 31, 2006 Hi, Just open a ticket, include your WHMCS Admin URL, and login details and I'll then be able to provide you with the exact cause of the error. Matt
