Support Response Problem

I can see that I have 2 support tickets that need responding, but when I click on support tickets (im logged in as full admin), I get a denial message saying..

 

Access Denied

You are not assigned to any ticket departments so cannot view or reply to any tickets

Hi There,

 

Basically still thou you are a full admin you currently dont have permisson to view the support departments.

 

What you need to do is click on adminsitrators and check all the boxes next to Assigned Departments so that you can see and responde to them, you need to do this for every administrator.

 

This gives you control over what Adminsitrator can reply to certain departments.
