Keolo Posted March 10, 2009 Share Posted March 10, 2009 I can see that I have 2 support tickets that need responding, but when I click on support tickets (im logged in as full admin), I get a denial message saying.. MegaHostUK Posted March 10, 2009 Share Posted March 10, 2009 Hi There, Basically still thou you are a full admin you currently dont have permisson to view the support departments. What you need to do is click on adminsitrators and check all the boxes next to Assigned Departments so that you can see and responde to them, you need to do this for every administrator.
