cPanel x Plesk on welcome email

How can I have a welcome email for Plesk that is a little different from the welcome email for cPanel?

 

I usually send my clients a different email based on the control panel their account will use, because there are few information that are different, ie: the temporary URL to access the site for cPanel accounts is http://serverip:2082. For Plesk it's http://serverip/$sitepreview/domain/

 

How do you guys usually work this out?

Thank you, but my question is exactly HOW to edit the email so it will show one information for accounts under cPanel and other information for accounts under Plesk. Or even better, how to have two separate emails, if possible. Right now it's the same email for both, not considering the differences.

Thank you. But where is it?? I can only find the Hosting Account Welcome Email, which I figured it's the same for both, isn't it?

 

We've got:

 

Hosting Account Welcome Email (cPanel)

Hosting Account Welcome Email (DirectAdmin)

Hosting Account Welcome Email (Plesk)

 

They're not ones we've added manually.

I'm sorry, but where do you see that?? In the email templates list I can only see the Hosting Account Welcome Email, doesn't show anything for cPanel, Plesk, etc.

 

I have version 3.8.1

 

Where do I have to look??

Hmm, they're not in the demo. Perhaps a legacy from previous versions?

 

You'll need to create an email template for Plesk, then in the Edit Product screen select that new email template.

 

OK, now I got it. Thank you! :)

I thought it would be one of the default welcome emails.

 

Another quick question: how do re-send a welcome email? Somehow my test account failed and the creation didn't go thru all the way, so the welcome email didn't get sent to client. Is there a way to send it manually, or do I have to set the order as pending again and redo the process to send the welcome email?
