Support tickets not shown

When a client opens an email from support and clicks on the link to see his ticket, nothing shows (pic at http://clanfga.com/ticket1.gif). If he then clicks on the "my support tickets" link, the tickets are listed (pic at http://clanfga.com/ticket2.gif), BUT, if he clicks on one of the individual tickets nothing is shown (pic at http://clanfga.com/ticket3.gif). Everything does show up fine when an admin views tickets.

 

Any suggestions?
