Falcon Media
Although the tax calculations appear to have been correctly on my client area and also when looking at the PDF. When our client selects View Invoice from the client area, the total only shows the amount without tax added. Very confusing as they may not pay the correct amount.Any ideas?

Falcon Media
Another grey area.. At the order.php? step4 The page has the sub heading of "Tax Calculations" and a dialogue box beneath. If the box remain empty an error message is generated "You must enter your state for tax calculations to take place" Even though I have set the system as a blanket tax on all regions and countries, the customer still has to enter their state / region. Firstly is this working correctly and if so how can I change the wording to show "County" instead of State / Region.? Thanks Again
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted December 29, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted December 29, 2006 Yes, this is working correctly. The user will still need to enter both their state and country for the tax calculation to occur. The word state can be modified in the language file - just search for State and replace it.
