charlie Posted March 6, 2009 Share Posted March 6, 2009 I checked "SYSTEM ACTIVITY LOG" and this is what I got today. 06/03/2009 05:00 Cron Job Run System 06/03/2009 05:00 Credit Card Payments Processed (0 Captured, 0 Failed) System The thing is, I do have a client invoice supposed to be due today. but I don't receive any payment. this is the email sent out to the client, from there it said I can tell is is "Recurring" Product/Service: Enterprise Domain: domain.com First Payment Amount: $12.95 Recurring Amount: $12.95 Billing Cycle: Monthly any ideas? thanks a lot. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
charlie Posted March 7, 2009 Author Share Posted March 7, 2009 today from "WHMCS Cron Job Activity" email, there is 1 Overdue Invoice Reminders Sent to this client. I've checked everything, Cron job is running, invoice is generated, even the invoice reminder is sent out to the client, it's just WHMCS/QuantumGateway won't charge the CrediCard automatically.
