Forward a ticket from another WHMCS system to another WHMCS system, clearly states where the ticket is forwarded from, to provide whitelabled end-user-support. Reseller WHMCS: Ticket forwarded to Host WHMCSHost WHMCS: Received ticket, work on the issue, reply back anoymously and ticket forwarded to Reseller WHMCS.
