I'm in a major problem here. I'm going to talk a little about what I'm looking for in hope to figure out if this is for me.
I distribute this script. Basically people who enter the site but it along with whatever addons, copyright removal rights, etc. The payment method is so simple. I have a paypal cart setup in the site so they just add what they want and purchase what they want. Once I get the E-mail I send the download links, etc. I sales are becoming too strong and its getting out of control.
Of course this is a major problem becuase of the following:
A) the customer does not automatically receive the product until hours later so they are left in the dark.
B) Each Script cannot use a Serial/Lisence because I can't even track who did what?
Is this whmcs right for me, or is it only for hosting sales?
If not, do you know of anything that may suit my needs.
