mushybrain Posted March 4, 2009 Share Posted March 4, 2009 We've had whmcs set up for a while now but since changing hosting provider and re-setting up cron jobs we seem to be having a strange error in our whmcs set up. The attached picture shows a garbled password that appears on all our clients accounts every day. Even if we manually change the password back to the original one this still happens continuously. mushybrain Posted March 10, 2009 Author Share Posted March 10, 2009 Figured this out - when I updated to the latest whmcs version I hadn't fully updated all files in our custom template. Just deleted all .tpl files in our custom template folder (apart from header.tpl and footer.tpl) and copied across all the new version files.
