[Solved] attachments are not working

when creating tickets I can upload attachments, but when viewing the tickets client or admin, my attachments are appearing as strange files.

 

example: Attachment: /tmp/phpP59EyR

 

also dont see them in the attachments or downloads folders..

any ideas?

 

my attachment list is:

(Allowed File Extensions: .jpg, .gif, .jpeg, .png, .bmp, .psd, .tif, .eps, .ai, .pdf)
