generic Posted December 27, 2006 Share Posted December 27, 2006 when creating tickets I can upload attachments, but when viewing the tickets client or admin, my attachments are appearing as strange files. example: Attachment: /tmp/phpP59EyR also dont see them in the attachments or downloads folders.. any ideas? my attachment list is: (Allowed File Extensions: .jpg, .gif, .jpeg, .png, .bmp, .psd, .tif, .eps, .ai, .pdf) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

generic Posted December 28, 2006 Author Share Posted December 28, 2006 matt located the issue, i had put spaces between my extensions i had: .jpg, .gif, .psd it should be no spaces between extensions example: .jpg,.gif,.psd hope someone else finds this post helpful.
