Problem re-sending emails

Each time I try to re-send a previously sent email I get this message:

 

Fatal error: Smarty error: [in emailtpl:emailmessage line 1]: syntax error: unrecognized tag: font-family: verdana; font-size: 11px; font-weight: normal; (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 439) in /home/glow/domains/ambientglow.com/public_html/billing/libs/Smarty.class.php on line 1095

 

How do I correct this?

I am trying to sennd a mass email and I am currently getting the same message.

 

I did just recently move to a new server and this is my first mass email attempt on the new server.

Update,

 

Today when I tried pasting the message into a text documentm then copying the text document and pasting into the Mass email using the Paste as Plain Text button, it worked!

 

However, it of course does not make each link in the email a clickable link for the reader.

I’m experiencing the same problem.

 

I tried re-sending the welcome email on another client and it worked fine. I then re-tried the problem client and the welcome email would not go through.

 

I had success with a little different method than automatedreferral. I entered the email to edit it and just removed the hyperlink and it worked.

 

It would be nice if this was resolved without having to remove the convenient hyperlinks.

Upgrade to V4....this issue was found and resolved in V4
