decor Posted February 24, 2009 Share Posted February 24, 2009 At present the default on a ticket is "set to answered and remain in ticket view" , can this be changed to something more useful like "on hold" as the default, as i find tickets are being marked "answered" when they are being worked on and should be "on hold" ACn the default be changed? thanks Ian 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
