Custom order form

I'm a bit of a noob with WHMCS but with the help of a friend I have a custom order form set up that's separate from the WHMCS templates but still submits to the system. Works great. The issue I'm having is this: you can select a hosting package through a drop down menu and the value of each option is passed onto the system:

 

<option value="7">Package 1 </option>

 

I can't figure out how to integrate the billing cycle options however and pass those values onto WHMCS as well. Any ideas?

 

Also same thing with the promotional code.

Check for the values used in the cart. (Change the template of the cart to default, where it gives you the billing cycle).

 

See if you can just reproduce that from there...let me know if it works.
