Problem with WHMCS on Hostgator?

Do anybody with WHMCS on a Hostgator reseller account perhaps have the same problem?

 

I have 3 active WHMCS installations on my own servers. No problem.

 

Install WHMCS on hostgator reseller account for a client, got the following problem, install ANOTHER WHMCS also on a hostgator reseller acc (for my son) and get the same results.

 

Using IE6 I get a blank page every time, public and admin side and have to click Go again to get the page displayed.

 

When using Firefox it works fine and with IE7 most likely too. (Hostgator online support checked with IE7 and it's fine)

 

Anyone have the same problem or a solution perhaps pls? (And I don't want to upgrade to IE7 thanks)

I did some further tests and it's really strange.

 

1) Same blank page with Portal and Default layout.

2) Refresh and refresh don't help and page stays blank until click on Go (i.e not refresh page but revisit page that works)

3) With such blank page the "View Source" option gave the complete and correct page

4) Same results with ANY file (admin, downloads, cart, knowledgebase etc)

 

While hostgator have ioncube activated by default I also uploaded the ioncube folder without any difference.

I am with Hostgator and don't have any problems with IE6 other than it is a heap of crap and doesn't like whmcs in a wrapper in Joomla. Still works though.

 

No problem in IE7 and FF3
