griffe
Hello, I tried to post this in Tips/How To's but was given a 'Permission Error'... Matt or someone can you check my account to make sure I CAN post? My question is in regards to the domain expiration email which is sent to the customer 60 days prior to the domain expiration (I am using eNom BTW). The problem is that this email is sent 60 days prior to expiration while the invoice is sent 30-45 days prior... This means the customer is told their domain is expiring but gets NO invoice, this is very confusing for them. Is there a way to change the time prior before this expiration email is sent or disable it completely?? Thanks!
chickendippers
Are you talking about the renewal emails from eNom, or renewal emails WHMCS sends?
griffe
WHMCS, otherwise I would most likley change it from within eNom, But I understand why you asked Edited February 19, 2009 by griffe
