The problem is what the message is sent from the e-mail "clients@ourdomain.com" and we can't answer the question. bubbasheeko Posted February 28, 2009 Share Posted February 28, 2009 Hi AMateos, Your pre-sales message is sent to two places. Your email address that you use for notification and the WHMCS support center. You can reply to the message from your notification email address (which then sends the response to your support center which then sends the message to the person who typed in the pre-sales question) and replying from the WHMCS support centre does the same thing...sends the response to the logged email address that sent the message. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
