Can I Instal WHMCS on my server and add reseller servers from other locations?

I have one small question:

 

Due to so many different reseller hosting companies that offer different product packages (and due to some being very unreliable,) I wondered if I can integrate WHMCS system along with my website on one reliable hosting, and add servers to WHMCS from many other reseller hosting providers?

 

For example: to create hosting packages to host websites in different geographical locations, or to create hosting packages by type of servers, like shared, VPS, dedicated, etc. Or simply for the purpose of testing the service of different reseller hosting companies without actually being attached to them (ex: without installing WHMCS and my website on their servers, yet test and use it through my WHMCS hosted on reliable server.)

Yes this is possible to do.

As long as the cPanel (or other panel) account you use has permissions to create account you can do this.

Yes! We have numerous different servers all controlled through a single installation of WHMCS.

As was noted by Shaun, the hosting panel must have a permission to open an account, but isn't it one of the main feature of reseller hosting accounts, which is included with every single reseller account? If it's not, can you give me at least one example of reseller hosting company which I would have difficulty to add and manage within my WHMCS remotely. And the reason why it would be difficult or impossible.

 

Anyway, I won't bother you w/more questions before actually testing WHMCS and reading thoroughly whmcs documentation.
