Skeptical
Does WHMCS offer sales commission tracking? What I am selling are web design packages along with hosting, and I pay commission to sales. What I need are the following: User who got the sale (sales agent) How much the commision was (percentage, fixed, etc.) Notes Perhaps even a feature to upload the payment check stub scan for future reference Is this possible now? Are there addons that can do this?
Skeptical
Also, if no such addon exists, how would I go about adding one? Would any of the APIs be able to allow me to extend WHMCS this way?
poppabear
you can very easily create your own module to work inside of whmcs ... if you know a bit of php. If not, i would consider hiring a professional. Good luck.
remcom
You could probably rig up the affiliate system to track this.
Skeptical
Where do I create my own module? Is there documentation of how to do this? I'd like the module to exist inside each plan/client. This way I can set the amount in commission, who is responsible for this sale, etc.
