XN-Matt
OK. Add a / on the end in WHMCS and see if that helps (I suspect it will looking at your PHP info link)
Gemster
Ohh thanks a lot Matt, It works great now just 1 more problem with Server is on the admin part, ie: Configuration/server. it says name - correct ip - correct active accounts 0/100 - incorrect %usage 0% - incorrect active accounts and %usage is not correct but this maybe down to me adding the accouts manually as i transfered from another billing sytem to WHMCS. Thanks again Matt Gemster
XN-Matt
active accounts 0/100 - incorrect %usage 0% - incorrect The users account must have that server selected as the hosted server. Once you do that (and the package is active) it will change that to 1/100 etc and then work out the percentage. The %usage is based on the active account figure, so once that is correct, the usage will be too.

XN-Matt
In the users account, on the their hosting package - there is a drop down = Server: You need to set that. I would also read the WHMCS docs - they will be a big help for you.
Gemster
Ok thanks Matt ive added it on 1 client but the other client in the server drop down box it just says none.
XN-Matt
You need to make sure they are in the correct server type then i.e cPanel. As I said, you should read the docs - they will ensure you setup your system correctly from the off otherwise you may come into problems later down the line.
