attroll
I installed the demo version of this onto my web site. When I created a sample ticket and try to access it in my ADMIN panel it tells me "Access Denied, You are not assigned to any ticket departments so cannot view or reply to any tickets". Did I miss something in my setup?
MACscr
its not part of setup, but you do have to add yourself to support departments. Admins dont automatically have subscriptions to every department. http://v2manual.whmcs.com/?id=77#

attroll
I have one more thing that I noticed about the support ticket. When I reply to the support ticket it does not send the user and email telling them that I replied. Does this program do that or do they have to just keep checking back to the site.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted December 24, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted December 24, 2006 Yes, of course! It emails the customer whenever a reply is made and even includes the reply in the email so your customer doesn't need to visit your site. attroll
I will have to look through the ADMIN settings, because I used a user that did not have an account and submitted a ticket and I replied to a test ticket and the users never recieved an email.
