Doing a domain check is not working

There are two issues.

 

When I'm running the code under Domain Ordering in integration.

 

The user would put in the domain but then redirects to the shopping cart but the between the shopping cart and the powered by line its empty.

 

Also doing a domain check from the whmcs portal any domain I'm putting in is coming up as unavailable.

 

Any ideas?
