Hi,

 

If someone emails support I have a forwarder setup to a page, but if someone logs in and puts in a support ticket I am not notified. I do not want all emails to go to the pager, just the support tickets. AFAIK you can forward all emails to another email address but I do not see anything about just sending support tickets to another email. Am I missing this somewhere or is this not available.
