For example, say there is a project for $1200 and a $300 retainer is due immediately. It's no problem for Mail in Payments because we can just add the transaction manually, but what about for PayPal? If I make the invoice for $1200 is the client able to make only a $300 PayPal payment? Our would I have to make two separate invoices? Insights please.
