axishift
Guys, Have you ever reviewed your activity log? for possible spams? I think whmcs has a bug on the email system that spammers discovered? I saw this... https://www.example.com/whmcs/admin/systemactivitylog.php?page=0 2009/01/21 05:52 Email Sent to fastcollect@great-views.net ([Ticket ID: 341251] ***SPAM*** Business to Business Collections - No Cost Unless We Collect !) I tried to view on the server... [root@web log]# grep -i "fastcollect@great-views.net" exim_mainlog 2009-01-21 05:52:55 1LPbdZ-0001VU-CB <= fastcollect@great-views.net H=server1.0tk.net (great-views.net) [65.111.185.13] P=smtp S=4236 id=71kq3y6wi56p.2wwb8p4gy@great-views.net T="Business to Business Collections - No Cost Unless We Collect !" 2009-01-21 05:52:57 1LPbdh-0001Wu-5Y => fastcollect@great-views.net R=lookuphost T=remote_smtp H=mail.great-views.net [65.111.185.13] And it was sent.. Matt Wade
Looks like someone sent an email titled 'Business to Business Collections - No Cost Unless We Collect !'. You system marked it as spam and then it was piped into WHMCS. WHMCS then created a ticket and sent back the customary reply to the sender. Looks normal to me and not anything to be concerned about. You might consider automatically deleting anything with a high spam score before it gets piped into WHMCS.
