Cron Output Script does not exist

Hi,

 

Both Crons for WHMCS are setup correct however the output files are giving:

 

Script does not exist and

Script does not exist Script does not exist

 

Tickets are being imported fine but auto responses are not being sent for either support ticks nore the cron job report.

 

If ran manually using pop.php and cron.php direct from browser auto responses are working ok.

 

Any Ideas what is causing the Script does not exist message,
