bigdanny
Hi, I've am trying to set up WHMCS to do a bit of things that it's not "supposed to do"... Basically I am setting up an IT company locally and wanted to run everything off of WHMCS. Say Customer 1 is trying to order an "Onsite/Offsite service". They can order, but they when they get the email, it says x amount is due today...can I change it so it's due after the appointment or day of? How would I go about doing that? Secondly whats the best credit card processor to go with? 2CO is way too high of credit card processing rates.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted January 22, 2009 WHMCS CEO Share Posted January 22, 2009 You can set what's called the "Order Days Grace" setting in Config > General Settings > Ordering which will mean invoices generated for new orders are due that number of days in the future rather than the date of order.
