Sp4rt4n
I am trying to set up WHMCS for the first time, and while doing so integrate it with WHM/cPanel. I thought I had it all setup correctly, so I did a test sale. I got the confirmation email, etc... but then I logged into my WHMCS admin panel to find the order sitting in pending. I went and tried to manually approve the order (automatic approval is setup however), and it gave me the following error: (Curl Error) Couldn't resolve host '' - code: 6 I came back to these forums, did some searching... looked through the knowledgebase, and the only thing I could find was: Server Command Error - Curl Error - Couldn't resolve host (6) This error message indicates that you don't have a server selected for the account to be setup on. Check you have a default server set in Configuration > Servers and that a server is selected on the account that you are trying to setup. So I went back and triple and quadruple checked my server settings... and they were all correct to my knowledge. I got in the live chat for my hosting provider to verify all my information, which was correct... Is there a step I missed somewhere? Something else that couldve caused that error?
Shaun
A few things. * Have u got the correct hostname. * If its your own dedicated box are the dns settings correct (can resolve host names) * Is there a firewall blocking your access from the WHMCS server to WHM server.
