kahless2k Posted January 19, 2009 Share Posted January 19, 2009 I am running version 3.81 and customers cannot check domain availability or register domains. When you try to check availability, you simply get a message "The domain you entered is not valid" unless you type the domain name with the tld (when you do this - the page just refreshes). Same issue on ordering domains, the page simply refreshes. I read the threads about domain checker issues, and they dont seem to apply - the full path to the cart file is sent to the browser. The problem turns out to be that I had the domain TLDs in capitals.. Changed it and I'm good. Just wanted to post this in case anyone else has this issue.
