automatedreferral
I'm having a problem with PayPal subscriptions and the WHMCS Billing Settings. Even though I have put a note in the email that gets sent out saying something like Before you pay this bill..most custmers who join are automatically put on Paypal subscription payment and the bill will uaotmatically be paid. If you are not sure if you are on subscription paymnet please wait until the end of your billing and you will be informaed again. Actually I still dont know the nbest way to write that. But my real point is I'm having a problem with many customers receiving the advanced notice of the bill or the early invoice generated and they are creating 2nd and third subscriptions and things are getting a real mess to sort out. and wondered what is the best settings to have in the Billing Settings in WHMCS or would i loose monthly clients if i switched to no subscriptions only manual payment of bill through paypal.
automatedreferral
I am also a customer to other online companies and have automatic subscriptions through PayPal with them for there service. I don't receive any advanced notice from the company I just receive notice from PayPal that "my payment has been sent". How can I set this up in my whmcs but also send notice of bill is due to those customers who are not on subscription for whatever reason. Currently I have Billing Settings in whmcs Automation settings set to Invoice Generation 7 days before due Payment Reminder Emails: ticked Invoice Unpaid Reminder: 0 First Overdue Reminder: 2 Second Overdue Reminder: 5 Third Overdue Reminder: 15 Add Late Fee Days: 6 Is there a way to set this so that Subscribers and the few non subscribers are handled, and without causing subscribers to click on the subscribe button in there early bill and set up 2nd subscriptions??
