Is it possible to add/change/delete, or mark as "Not Required" Fields in WHMCS?

 

With ccustomfields its possible, i saw. But whats up with Customer Details on SignUp Page. I dont need "State/Region" as required.

 

Thx for any answer wich helps to fix this ....
