automatedreferral Posted January 12, 2009 Share Posted January 12, 2009 I was receiving orders everyday then suddenly nothing. My last order was January 5th. I also upgraded to latest version a couple of days ago. Today I tested an order through checkout and it gives an error when I try to order. # You did not enter your email address # The email address you entered was not valid # Any other email address that I try it doesn't accept. How do I fix this please? I also tried to fill out this support ticket "from my website" under the Help button and it would not accept the email in the support ticket form from my website Thanks, 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
