I was receiving orders everyday then suddenly nothing. My last order was January 5th. I also upgraded to latest version a couple of days ago.

 

Today I tested an order through checkout and it gives an error when I try to order.

 

# You did not enter your email address # The email address you entered was not valid #

 

Any other email address that I try it doesn't accept.

 

How do I fix this please?

 

I also tried to fill out this support ticket "from my website" under the Help button and it would not accept the email in the support ticket form from my website
