Skeptical
On test server 1, when I order a product along with a domain, I can then go to the admin and see the following: Domain Register - dd23sdfsdffsd.com 1 Year/s ¥1.00 Pending No Invoice Due Registrar: Send to Registrar Send Confirmation Email There's a drop-down list there for me to choose which domain registrar I'd like to use to register the domain name. However, in server 2, with most of the configs the same, I never see the "send to registrar" for registration options. Why does this happen? I'm stumped looking for a reason it's not appearing.
Matt Wade
Maybe you have a registrar set on the Configuration->Domain Pricing area. If you set a registrar for the "Automatic Registration" then you will not get a send to registrar option.
Skeptical
That's strange. I've configured both servers to have a domain registrar for .com. However with one test server, I see the "send to registrar" option, but for the other, there's no such option. Any other suggestions?
Skeptical
Actually, what I'm seeing is that the domains aren't being registered at all. In fact I can't even find the domain name in WHMCS. There's a record of an invoice, but no domain is listed. I've configured the registrar end of things. What could be wrong here?
Skeptical
I've checked. It appears that every time I order, the domain registration stays in the cart, until the very last checkout page. When it gets there the domain registration just disappears. What could be causing this?
