Help with Email template for resellers

I am having trouble with my reseller email template. I can't get it to show the dedicated ip of the reseller account instead of the server ip. When I use {$service_dedicated_ip} it comes up blank.

I've been testing it with an account with a dedicated ip address. It's not a reseller but WHMCS can't determine that.

I need to be able to tell them the ip to use for access to CPanel/WHM and also what all their subaccounts will be seup on. I already have it set right in WHM.

Also is there any way to get WHM to use the assigned dedicated ip for the reseller to setup resold acounts when you create the reseller using WHMCS?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Matt gave me this answer in a support ticket:

Hi Richard,

The email merge fields relating to IP addresses are:

Server IP {$service_server_ip}

Dedicated IP {$service_dedicated_ip}

Assigned IPs {$service_assigned_ips}

Dedicated IP & Assigned IPs are fields that only have values if you manually enter when provisioning a dedicated server for a customer.

Regards,

Matt

I am at a loss now. Could someone share their reseller email template so I can see how you're handling this issue?
