Send PDF invoice with reminder

Does anyone know if it is possible to send the pdf invoice with invoice reminders - now it only shows the invoice number and amount and the link to client area.

Most (if not all) clients tend to 'lose' their invoices and it would be really handy to automatically send the original pdf invoice with the reminders as well. Sure, they can log in and get invoices from client area but imho this would be a bit more user-friendly approach.

Any ideas?

I don't think WHMCS does this currently, but this is something I'd like to see as well. We've added extra instructions on the email template on where & how to get the PDF invoice, but since it means that the clients need to login to a webpage ( with a username & password they also lost / forgot), and then navigate to the invoices, click on the invoice and then click on print / download PDF, some clients don't even bother paying the invoices.

Hi,

I agree with natero and SoftDux. Having PDF invoice in reminders would reduce our workload a lot. Giving login details to whmcs doesn't suit our business model since we prefer to handle our premium clients changes manually to prevent hassle or false inputs and make the service as smooth as possible.

In other instances it would also reduce the time client has to use to pay the invoice, especially with wire transfer which is quite common payment method in EU.

I think we should have this as an optional feature in WHMCS.
