Gears
Hello, I gave a client 50% off the domain price, so in the WHMCS admin area it says the First Payment Amount is $4 and the Recurring Payment Amount is $4. Then in the client area it reads the Domain price is $4... but when the client clicks to Renew it reads Renew 1 Years @ $8.00 USD. Why doesn't the Renew price reflect what the Recurring Payment is?
Matt Wade
My guess is that when they click renew that it just pulls the renew price from the domain, not for the specific client. I agree this should be changed. (fyi, I think that the promotion system needs to be overhauled, see http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=16680). If the user allowed the invoice to be generated automatically for the renew, it would reflect the renew price set for the client in admin.
Gears
I think you're right! I told the client to just click the Renew button and I would manually change the invoice price before he pays.
