RapidCityHosting
Hello All, I used to use WHMCS 3.7, yesterday I upgraded to 3.8. I copied over the new files, overwrote everything that was needed, went to admin, and performed the upgrade. All went well that I could tell. Today a customer informed me that he can not view support ticket replies. I clicked the "Log in as client", clicked on the "My Support Tickets", I see the ticket. Click on it. Nothing appears for the ticket, My template is there, the standard buttons are there...but the ticket is not. View Ticket You are here: Support > Client Area > Support Tickets > View Ticket My DetailsMy Hosting PackagesMy DomainsMy Invoices My Support TicketsAffiliatesMy Products & ServicesMy Emails Powered by WHMCompleteSolution Thats basically what I see. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted January 5, 2009 WHMCS CEO Share Posted January 5, 2009 Make sure you've updated/uploaded all the new & changed template files listed in the readme file when upgrading. From the sounds of it, you have viewticket.tpl missing from your custom template folder. Matt
