Reply/open ticket by email

Hello,

 

Can someone tell me how i achieve this?

I want users to be able to open tickets by email a specific email address. IE when the user emails support@mydomain.com a ticket is placed in the support department. I also was to be able to reply to tickets from email.

 

Can someone link me to a tutorial on how to achieve this, or explain to me?
