After users buy cpanel hosting they are unable to login to their cpanel?

i used sunshell hosting and i have set everything up so that the package is automatically set up upon purchase, however the customers and myself can not login to the cpanel using the username and password after installation. I can log in to my cpanel and whm on the server and everything looks good, i even reset the password. but the login will still not work for customers on their own cpanel, so i have decided to use a different server for now.
