decor Posted January 1, 2009 Share Posted January 1, 2009 hello I have found that you Can not accept multiple attachments to support tickets, ie if a email is sent with 3 attachments then only one will make it and the others are deleted, or if followup emails are sent then there attachments will not be accepted .
